Event Policies & Guidelines

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, please review the following policies before attending the event.

Entry & Security
  • All guests will undergo a security check upon entry.
  • Bags and pockets must be opened for inspection.
  • No Re-entry
  • No ticket refunds or exchanges
  • No sitting in Main Area
  • No moshing, crowd surfing, or stage diving
  • No camping
  • No unapproved vending or merchandise sales
  • No unapproved distribution of materials, promotions, or giveaways
  • Tailgating is prohibited in and around the venue.

Bag Policy

All bags will be inspected upon entry.

Allowed:

  • Clear bags up to 12" x 12" x 6" (30.5cm × 30.5cm × 15cm)
  • Small non-clear bags (handbags, crossbody bags, clutches/wristlets) up to 6" x 9"  (15cm × 23cm)

Not Allowed:

  • Oversized bags
  • Backpacks
  • Large tote bags
  • Coolers (hard or soft)
  • Suitcases / duffel bags


Food & Beverage Policy
  • Outside food and drink are not permitted.
  • Alcoholic beverages may not be brought into the venue.
  • Baby food is allowed as an exception.

Alcohol & ID Policy (21+)

All guests will be required to present a valid, government-issued photo ID upon entry.

Guests who wish to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages must present a physical passport or U.S. government–issued ID to receive a 21+ wristband.

Acceptable Forms of ID (for entry)

  • U.S. driver’s license or state ID with photo and date of birth
  • U.S. passport or foreign passport with photo and date of birth

(Note: Only a physical passport or U.S. ID can be used to obtain a 21+ wristband.)

Unacceptable Forms of ID

  • School IDs
  • Consular IDs
  • Birth certificates
  • Any expired ID
  • Photocopies of IDs
  • Temporary DMV licenses without a passport or expired license

Smoking Policy
  • Smoking (traditional cigarettes and e-cigarettes) is allowed ONLY in the designated Smoking Area.
  • Smoking is prohibited in all other areas, including performance and indoor spaces.

Prohibited Items

For safety reasons, the following items are not allowed:

  • Chairs, stools, folding seats, portable seating of any kind
  • Tent, Large umbrellas
  • Professional cameras or recording equipment
    • (including DSLRs, bridge cameras, or any device with detachable lenses; large zoom lenses; tripods; monopods; stands; selfie sticks; or commercial-use rigs)
    • Security may refuse any camera at their discretion.
    • Non-professional cameras such as film/analog cameras, disposable cameras, point-and-shoot cameras, cell phones, and Polaroids are allowed.
  • Tripods, selfie sticks
  • Glass bottles, cans
  • No Pepper Spray/Mace
  • Weapons or sharp objects
  • Illegal drugs of any kind
  • Marijuana / cannabis products
  • Drug paraphernalia
  • Drones, laser pointers, or fireworks
  • Outside alcohol
  • Large signs or flags with hard poles
  • Pets (service animals only)
  • Noisemakers (e.g., horns, clappers, loud handheld devices)
  • Balloons
  • Skateboards or similar equipment
  • Toy guns

Event security reserves the right to deny any item deemed unsafe.

Drug & Safety Policy

Illegal Substances Prohibited
Possession or use of illegal drugs is strictly forbidden anywhere on or around the event grounds.
Law enforcement personnel will be monitoring the venue and surrounding areas and will take action in accordance with all applicable laws.

Please refrain from bringing any prohibited substances.
Individuals found with illegal drugs may face legal consequences.

Guests who arrive visibly intoxicated will not be permitted to enter.
Event staff also maintains the right to refuse admission at their discretion.
We ask all attendees to stay safe and act responsibly.

Safety & Medical

We are committed to ensuring a safe and comfortable experience for all guests, staff, and performers.
Both security personnel and trained medical teams will be on-site throughout the event.

If you require any help, please visit a medical station or information booth, or approach a security officer or event staff member for assistance.

Accessibility

Guests with accessibility needs may bring mobility devices or medically necessary items.
Please contact us in advance if accommodations are required.

FAQ
  • No Re-entry
  • No ATMs available on-site.
  • Lost & Found is located at the Information Booth.
  • No lockers are available.
  • There is no on-site parking available except for VIP parking. Please use public parking. (VIP parking will be announced on our website.)
  • Light sticks and penlights are permitted inside the venue.
